Hybrid Ceramic Bearings are characterized by low density, high hardness, low friction coefficient, resistance to magnetoelectric insulation, wear resistance, self lubrication, and good rigidity.

Good acid and alkali resistance, self lubrication, high temperature over 300°C, high wear resistance and high speed to reduce the rolling, friction and heat.

Long service life is 3~5 times, all steel bearing the weight of ceramic materials is 50% higher than the light steel 60%, with rigid ceramic material than the elastic modulus of bearing steel.

It is especially suitable for the rolling body of high speed, high precision and long life steel ceramic bearings (inner and outer ring is metal).

Generally, the inner and outer ring uses bearing steel or stainless steel. The ceramic ball can be used as ZrO2, Si3N4, or SiC material.
